All of our storage units have ground-level access, with easy pull-up doors. 2 & 17 is a clean facility with state-of-the-art technology and a friendly staff that is available 6 days a week.
All customers have access to their storage units 24 hours a day. We are a well-lit video surveillance facility. Our office is manned Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm, and on Saturdays 8:30am-3pm. We have 5x10 trailers for rent and a lobby that sells moving supplies and boxes. We work on referral and are proud of our close-knit community in Fredericksburg.
Some close landmarks include Shannon Airport and the Food Lion on Tidewater Trail. We are also close to Mary Washington University and enjoy taking care of their students during semester breaks.
